The Swix LF8X wax is a great wax for base prep and training, and can also be used as a race wax. Easy to melt and very convenient to work with. Recommended iron temperature 266° F. Iron speed should be about 8-10 seconds. The wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature for about 10 minutes.
