Ski mountaineering sticks

Sticks are a fundamental part of mountaineering skiing, useful for both the climb and the descent. There are both fixed lengths - usually the choice of the agonist and experienced ski mountaineer - and telescopic. The latter allow you to have different heights depending on the type of activity we are doing. The stick helps to find balance and must be light and very durable.
