Shipping costs

Transport costs in Italy are free for purchases of more than 50 euros.

For lower amounts the cost is € 5.90 for Italy and € 15 for European states, excluding:

• Spain and Portugal € 18
• Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Monaco € 35
• United Kingdom € 35

Delivery times and couriers

We work with the best Italian and foreign couriers: GLS - DHL - BRT

Once the orders have been received and the availability of the item and the confirmation of payment have been verified, we deliver the package to the courier, in the following 24-48 working hours.

The choice of courier is made automatically by our systems, evaluating the best parameters of speed and safety of transport.

From the moment of entrusting your order to the courier, delivery times are generally 24/48 working hours in Italy, 72 on the islands, 3-5 working days in Europe.

Shipping Extra UE

Shipments of goods to non-EU countries include VAT. 

Any customs duties and import taxes shall be borne by the recipient and shall be paid at the time of delivery of the goods. Bottero Ski srl is not in control of these procedures and cannot estimate customs duties and/or import taxes. 

Therefore, under no circumstances will Bottero Ski srl reimburse these expenses. In case of non-delivery due to refusal of payment, only the value of the goods will be refunded and not the shipping costs.

You can, in a very easy and intuitive way and with a simple click, check the status of your shipment at every stage. From the conferment to the courier until the time of delivery.

Return procedures are quick and easy.

You can return items in the following ways:

If the item is not to your liking, you can send it to us by courier or post office, or if you prefer to entrust Botteroski with the management of the return shipment at a cost of 10 euros for all items except for bikes whose cost is 20 euros (as required by the conditions of sale. Valid option for returns made from Italy).
The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the items.
If you want to replace the item, contact our customer service at the 017192275 number or by email at assistenza@botteroski.com.
If, on the other hand, the item does not comply with the presentation on the site or is defective, with the prior authorization of Bottero Ski, the free pick-up by the courier will be organized.

To make the product you must have kept the original packaging intact and not have cut or broken any packaging plastics and labels. If these points are not respected we cannot accept the return. It is not possible to make the skis with the bindings when for the assembly of the same it is necessary to drill the skis and custom items. Once the authorization has been confirmed, you will receive the pre-filled form to be affixed to the package and the conditions of collection by our courier. In case of defect or non-compliant product, the transport costs are entirely borne by Bottero ski. Otherwise, they will not be refunded.

Shipments will not be accepted in the assigned port or without the reference of our. authorization.

PLEASE NOTE. Items purchased from 21 November may be returned by 6 January.
