In 1981 in the attic of a small townhouse in Sheffield, Rab Carrington made the first sleeping bag with his name. Hand-sewn and conceived with his ingenious eye, Rab's experience from years spent in the mountains was evident in his projects, and soon there was a popular demand from friends and the growing local climbing community.
