This Volkl ski is equipped with integrated Tailored Carbon Tips spatulas, made of ultra-light and resistant carbon, applied to the ski through an innovative process that allows a precise orientation of the fibers and provides the right torsional rigidity when needed, for easy and reactive conduction and a very precise curve design even in the narrowest edge sockets.
• TECHNICAL INNOVATIONS. Compared to previous models, the rocker tip has been shortened and flattened and the geometry modified with a radius of 2 meters shorter. The updated sidecut also has a smaller central width that further improves responsiveness and speed in edge changes.
• IDEAL ATTACKS FOR COMPETITION. The new R-Motion attachment compatible with GripWalk features a shorter plate and a wider drilling pattern, which transmit energy more precisely and powerfully.
• IMPROVED GRIP. Compared to traditional fiberglass construction, the three-dimensional, multi-folded fiberglass 3D Glass layers in the Racetiger attachment area generate a firmer grip on the edges and a much more lively pickup in the curves.
• STABLE CONDUCT AND GREAT RELIABILITY. This Volkl ski is equipped with a high-quality ash core along the entire length of the ski, an extremely hard and elastic wood normally used only for World Cup skis. The technical properties of this material absorb the energy entering the curve and then releasing it in a controlled manner at the output. The ash also has a specific flex that allows a perfect adaptability of the skis to the bottom, for a reliable, fluid and stable riding experience.
