Shipping Costs
Shipping within Italy is free for purchases over €100.

For lower amounts, the cost is €5.90 for Italy and €15 for European countries, except for:

  • Spain and Portugal €18
  • Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Monaco €35
  • United Kingdom €35

Shipping of bicycles is always free throughout Italy.

Non-EU Shipping
Shipments to non-EU countries include VAT. Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Viglietti Sport srl has no control over these procedures and cannot estimate customs duties or import taxes. Botteroski srl will not reimburse these costs under any circumstances.

If delivery fails due to refusal to pay, only the value of the goods will be refunded, not the shipping costs.

Delivery Times and Couriers
For all shipments, both in Italy and abroad, we use BRT.

Once orders are received and item availability and payment confirmation are verified, we hand over the package to the courier within 24–48 business hours.

The choice of courier is automatically made by our systems, considering the best parameters of speed and transport safety.

From the moment your order is handed over to the courier, delivery in Italy normally takes 3–5 business days and abroad 3–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and pre-holidays).

Track Your Order in Real Time
Thanks to the integrated e-motion platform, you will receive real-time emails indicating the courier, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.

You can easily check the status of your shipment at every stage, from courier handover to delivery.

Easy Returns
Return procedures are simple and fast. Returns must always be sent to Strada Statale 20 n.28, 12019 Vernante (CN).

If the item is not to your liking, you can send it back within 14 days of receipt via courier or post to the above address. Alternatively, you can entrust Botteroski with the return shipment at a cost of €10 for all items except skis and snowboards (€20) and bikes (€30), as specified in the sales conditions (option valid for returns from Italy).

Refunds will be made to the payment method used for purchase within 14 days of receipt of the items.

If the item is not as described on the site or is defective, upon authorization from Botteroski, the courier will collect it free of charge.

Items must not have been used, and the original packaging must be intact, with all plastic seals and labels unbroken. If these conditions are not met, returns cannot be accepted. Skis with bindings cannot be returned if mounting required drilling or customization. Once authorization is confirmed, you will receive a pre-filled return form with instructions for the courier. In case of defect or non-compliance, shipping costs are entirely covered by Botteroski; otherwise, they will not be refunded.

Cash on delivery shipments or shipments without our authorization reference will not be accepted.

Note: Items purchased from November 21 can be returned by January 6. Refunds will be made to the payment method used for purchase within 14 days of receipt of the items.
