Shipping costs

Transport costs in Italy are free for purchases of more than 50 euros.
For smaller amounts the cost is 9 euros for Italy and 15 euros for European states, excluding:
Spain and Portugal euro 18
Slovenia, Poland, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria euro 35
Greece euro 35
Monaco Principality euro 35

Delivery times and couriers

We work with the best Italian and foreign couriers: UPS - DHL - FEDEX - TNT - BRT

Once the orders have been received and the availability of the item and the payment has been verified, we deliver the package to the courier, approximately, in the next 24 working hours.

The choice of courier is made automatically by our systems, evaluating the best parameters of speed and safety of transport.

From the moment of referral to the courier, delivery times are generally 24/48 hours in Italy, 72 on the islands, 1 week in Europe.

Christmas deliveries

For deliveries by December 25th we recommend proceeding with the order by December 16th.

Thanks to the integrated e-motion platform, you will receive in real time the emails with the courier indicated, the tracking number, the expected delivery date.

You can, in a very easy and intuitive way and with a simple click, check the status of your shipment at every stage. From delivery to the courier until the time of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, if it does not conform to the presentation on the site or is defective, you can do so in the following ways:

To make the product you must have kept the original packaging intact and have not cut or broken any packaging plastics and labels. If these points are not respected, we cannot accept the return.
You can't make skis with mounted bindings and custom items.

Once the authorization has been confirmed, you will receive the pre-filled form to be affixed to the packaging and the conditions of collection by our courier.

In case of defect or non-compliant product, the transport costs are entirely borne by Bottero ski. Otherwise, they will not be refunded.

Shipments to assigned port or without the reference of our company will not be accepted. Authorize.
